Welcome to the 2025 Cantiague Summer League Team Registration
League Fee – $3,400 (Intermediate, Advanced, Open)
- $1,000 Deposit Required to Register
- Includes insurance/deposits are fully refundable for any reason
- Early registration discount of $200.00 if deposit is received before May 15 and full team fee is paid before first game
Additional Information
- Gamedays are Tuesday- Thursday (7pm, 8pm, 9pm, 10pm)
- All teams must complete a Team Roster Form

- Each player is REQUIRED to be registered with USA Lacrosse
