Divisions
CANTIAGUE SUMMER LACROSSE LEAGUE – DIVISIONS
The Open Division consists primarily of teams with current NCAA Division I & II players, as well as recently graduated players that still want to compete at a very high level. This division showcases the top lacrosse talent from Long Island and is recognized as the best summer lacrosse being played in the country.
The Advanced Division consists primarily of teams with current and past NCAA Division II & III players and some Division I players. This division is also very competitive and includes some very good players.
The Intermediate Division consists of teams with current and past Division II & III players. There are many players in their late 20s & 30s that continue to play the game but have to get up the next morning for work. Although still competitive, the emphasis is on good, clean, fun lacrosse. No current Division I players are allowed to play in this division without league approval.
NOTE: A player may play on other teams, but not two teams within the same division.
